If you choose to add a tray to your Resin Shabbat Candlesticks, please be aware that it will be filled with paper foil if I don't receive enough glass shards from you. Please note that the shipping cost for sending your glass shards to my studio is not included in the purchase. To ensure a smooth process, I kindly ask you to follow these instructions when shipping your glass shards:

• Research the best options with post offices and shipment companies in terms of cost, duration, security, and tracking. Prices may vary among different providers.
• Provide my contact details (phone number
  and email) to the shipping provider.
• Select "GIFT" as the category of the item
  and describe the content as "Glass."
• When indicating the value of the shipment,
  do not exceed $20 to avoid customs
  duties and delays.
• Do not use USPS upgraded shipping. (You

• Upon receiving your wedding glass shards, the processing time for creating your personalized wedding keepsake is 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of shard packages received simultaneously.
• Rest assured, I always strive to complete the process as quickly as possible. I will ship your package with great care and attention to ensure safe delivery as soon as the product is finished.
• I utilize a private shipping company that provides tracking and signature confirmation for all packages. International shipments typically take 2 to 5 business days, while shipments within Israel take 2 to 3 business days.

Please be aware that the items will be shipped from Tel Aviv.

Customs may impose import taxes or fees based on the purchase amount, which will be the buyer's responsibility. I want to ensure a positive shopping experience, free from any unpleasant surprises.
