Receive your glass for breaking at the Jewish wedding ceremony, send me your wedding glass shards to my studio at Tel Aviv after the wedding, and I'll turn it into your personalized frame as a wedding souvenir.
THE CHUPPAH BREAKING GLASS KIT INCLUDES:
- The frame artwork made with your shards.
• a Chuppah breaking glass.
• a white organza pouch.
• a labeled padded return envelope (to send back the glass fragments).
• a process information note.
• 2 shipments from me to you.
THE PROCESS:
1. Within 3 working days, I will send you the first package (glass, pouch).
2. Choose your own image, send the file straight to me in a message after purchase or by email and add your own custom message to the back with the couple's first names, and the wedding date.
3. After the wedding, you will send back to me the shards (the cost of this delivery is not included in the kit).
4. After receiving your wedding glass shards, the processing time to create your wedding keepsake is 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of packages of glass shards I receive at the same time (be sure that I always do my best to make it as fast as possible).
MATERIALS:
White frame: fiberboard, epoxy resin, and your wedding glass shards, accented with stones for an elegant touch.
The mezuzah (optional) is made with epoxy resin and your wedding glass shards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that the cost of the shipment of the glass shards to me, is not included in the purchase.
- If you select the kit that includes a mezuzah, please note that the scroll is not included.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
- Buyers are responsible for choosing the shipping company that will ship their wedding glass shards to my studio in Tel Aviv, and any delays or problems that may occur with the shipping are not under my responsibility.
- I cut and reshape the glass shards to embellish the design and make it harmonious.
- Please consider your design will be similar but not identical to the cover photo: Each creation is unique because it is handmade and will be created according to your specific shards and choices.
- Colors of glasses and shards may vary from photos but will be very similar.
- The shape of the glass may differ from the one shown in the listing photos: you will receive either one of the two shapes displayed, but always in the color you selected.
PACKAGING:
The frame is beautifully wrapped.
SIZE :
Frame dimensions: 5x7 inches (13x18 cm).
Horizontal or vertical.
Glass for breaking: 3.9 inches x 2.9 (10 cm x 7,5 cm).
Mezuzah (optional) : 1 inch X 5.4 inches (13 cm X 2,5 cm) - fits a 4" scroll case.
SENDING THE WEDDING GLASS SHARDS:
1) Insert the glass fragments in a secured envelope.
2) Choose the way that suits you best for the shipment, the important thing is to make sure that the shipment has a tracking number to guarantee that it will arrive at the right destination (me). Don't forget to ask the shipping company or the post office how long the shipment will take to make sure it arrives at the right time.
VERY IMPORTANT, when indicating the value of the item to ship, please DO NOT VALUE IT MORE THAN $20, otherwise customs duties will be applied.
3) Once the wedding glass shards have been received, I will proceed with the realization of the artwork.
SHIPPING:
- I pack the items with great care and attention, safely for shipping.
- II ship the package with DHL Express (traced and signed), the shipment has a duration of 2 to 5 business days for international and with UPS, 2 to 3 business days in Israel.
- After purchase, it is required for the shipment company to provide the RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL Please write it in our common box message or in the personalization box just after or with your purchase in order to respect delivery time.

If you are in Israel:
- You can ship your wedding glass shards.
- Or drop it at my studio in Tel Aviv (please set up appointment via Whatsapp before coming 054-947 5022).
If you are located outside of Israel:
- Your glass fragments are very precious, find out what are the best options you can have with the post office/shipment companies and choose what ways is the best for you for providing me your glass shards (cost - duration – security - tracking).
- Please note that there is a difference in the price for more or less the same service with each different private shipment company and post office.
- Send the glass shards in the secure envelope I provided with your first shipment or in a small box. I recommend that you wrap your glass shards with 2 sheets of aluminum foil that you insert in a small closed plastic bag.
- Provide, to the post office/shipment company, my phone number and my email.
- WHEN INDICATING THE VALUE OF THE CONTENT TO SHIP, DO NOT VALUE IT MORE THAN $20, otherwise, customs duties will be applied and it will delay at customs.
- When you select the category of the item, DO NOT SELECT merchandise, SELECT GIFT, otherwise, it will delay at custom, and they will request from me a proof of purchase which there is no because I'm not the buyer, I'm the seller.
- Don’t ship with EMS otherwise an extra fee will be applied at package’s arrival, in Israel.
- Thank you to send me the tracking number as soon as you have it and let me know about the arrival estimated time 🙏
- Do not use harsh cleaners on your art piece.
- Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary.
- Do not put the art piece in contact with heat sources or direct contact with fire.
- (For candlesticks/holders) Make sure that the candle wax is not in direct contact with the resin candlestick. Use a suitable aluminum foil or metal liners/cup.
- To keep your art piece in its optimum condition, for as long as possible, do not expose the art piece to direct or indirect sunlight.
